Registration Policy
Resolve allows you to reserve places in any upcoming course without payment. We encourage you to register early, both to avoid disappointment should the course sell out, and because all our courses must make minimum attendance numbers in order to run.
21 days from the start of the course, we will either confirm that the course has met its minimum number of attendees, or we’ll cancel or re-schedule the course. Assuming the course meets its posted minimum, we will confirm its running and will invoice you. At this time, you are required to pay in full. No refunds, exchanges or rain cheques are allowed after this point. Exceptions will be made only for illness, death, or unavoidable cancellation of travel due to weather. If you cannot personally attend the course, substitutions are permitted.
If a course does not reach its posted minimum for attendance, it will be cancelled 21 days from the date of the event. We recommend that you do not finalize travel plans until the course dates are confirmed.
